EQUIPMENT CHECKOUT
RHA has a very extensive collection of items available for check out to Residence Halls for programming and other events. You must reserve the item(s) you want at least one (1) week in advance If you do not receive a response within 3 days, send an email to Nikki Herndon personally (nherndon@email.arizona.edu) with the information requested on the online checkout form. Please also request a time to return the items. PLEASE provide a specific time when you will come to pick up/drop off equipment. (i.e. 9:45am - 10:00 am) PLEASE checkout or return items during the following times: Tuesday: 9am-10am Thursday:9am-3pm PLEASE let Nikki know who will be picking up the equipment if the person requesting the equipment cannot make it. Online checkout is available for these items, please fill out the online checkout form and you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Vice President of Services. Or you can download a copy and print it out.
